I graduated with honors in computer science and assumed the future was bright. But I spent the next twelve months in my small apartment, sending out hundreds of resumes, only to receive automated rejections. It felt like all doors were locked, and without wealthy family connections, I would never get the chance to show what I could do.

I decided that if nobody would hire me, I would build my own company. I drafted a proposal for a local tech support hub that could provide affordable IT services to small businesses while training unemployed youth. The Brotherhood took a chance on me, providing the initial support to lease a small office space and buy server hardware.

We started with three people. We worked tirelessly to prove our reliability, offering around-the-clock IT monitoring. Local businesses loved our personal touch. As we grew, we set up a dedicated training classroom where we host free coding boot camps for youth from underprivileged backgrounds.
